- DrewHome
DrewHome is a private, personal assistant application built and used by Drew Streib to help manage his own Google account. It is not a public product and is not offered to other people.
## What DrewHome does - Email management (Gmail): reads the owner's incoming mail, classifies it, applies labels, and archives or organizes low-value messages (such as marketing and automated notifications) to keep the inbox manageable. With the owner's explicit confirmation, it can also draft and send replies on his behalf. - Document and file management (Google Drive): reads, organizes, and creates the owner's own documents and files in support of those tasks.
## Why DrewHome requests Gmail and Google Drive access DrewHome uses Gmail read/modify (and send) access to read, label, archive, organize, and — on confirmation — send the owner's mail, and Google Drive access to read and manage the owner's own files. These permissions are used only for the features above, only for the account owner.
## Scope of use DrewHome is a single-user application; the only user is its owner, Drew Streib. It does not sell data, does not transfer data to third parties, and does not use Google user data for advertising or for any purpose other than the personal features described above.
