Code for this Analysis

Thanks to significant contributions from Thomas Roessler, the code is much better packaged (and better running). Find all versions of the code here. Everything is released under the GPL, now with various authors credited in various places.

Of note, it is threaded and hard coded to spawn two slave threads, as I've got a two processor system. It starts with the shell script "analyze.sh", which takes the single argument of the public keyring file. A directory "output" is created and things are dumped there.
