Banana Bread
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1/2c chickpea flour
- 1c flour
- 1/2c+ sugar
- 1.5 tsp baking powder
- roasted walnuts (1c?)
- 1/2 tsp table salt
- 1 egg
- 1/4c milk
- water if needed to make pourable batter
Could do this in muffin tins, but I've found success in a greased loaf pan, for ~30-35 mins @325F in a convection oven. Aiming for internal temp of ~190F.
