* 2017-04-22 Planned OS dist-upgrade from Ubuntu 14.04LTS to 16.04LTS.
** unplanned timing since I ran out of space on the in-place upgrade (thanks wrong Ubuntu estimate). Upgraded OS, moved to php7.0, moved database to a new AWS Aurora cluster, mediawiki to 1.28.1, shifted instance to the alt.org us-east-1 VPC (and so IP change too), moved it out from behind the elastic load balancer and to letsencrypt TLS.
