829 Seabury - Move In Checklist

Things to do before mid-May 2017 move in.

Family room floor, pre-buy. Carpets to be replaced with hardwood.

Kitchen floor to be replaced with white tile.

Floors

• Replace carpet in family room with matching hardwood. This will make the house 100% matching hardwood floors for non kitchen/bathrooms.
  • Joe Ferrante is looking at these on Apr 20.
• Replace kitchen linoleum with tile
  • Not floor, but maybe replace that backsplash of the little bonus counter while we're in there. Can save this for later though.

Inspection Checklist Items

See if Joe wants to own getting this list done? Can break up with plumber, but likely just need someone to knock these out.

Backyard canopy. Looks great. Just going to check we're at 100%.

• Replace external locks (3?)
  • August deadbolts?
• Wifi - Netgear Orbi or Aplifi, probably with a Netgear CM1000
• Garage shelving, something like Husky 90x90
• Reinforce back vine canopy? Not sure if needed, but while we're in there...
