Things to do before mid-May 2017 move in.
Floors
- Replace carpet in family room with matching hardwood
- Replace kitchen linoleum with tile
Inspection Checklist Items
See if Joe wants to own getting this list done? Can break up with plumber, but likely just need someone to knock these out.
- sink leak
- Will get these from the HomeGuard inspection
Other
- Replace external locks (3?)
- August deadbolts?
- Wifi - Netgear Orbi or Aplifi
- Garage shelving, something like Husky 90x90
- Reinforce back vine canopy? Not sure if needed, but while we're in there...
