Things to do before mid-May 2017 move in.

Family room floor, pre-buy. Carpets to be replaced with hardwood.

Kitchen floor to be replaced with white tile.

Replace carpet in family room with matching hardwood. This will make the house 100% matching hardwood floors for non kitchen/bathrooms.
- Joe Ferrante is looking at these on Apr 20.
Replace kitchen linoleum with tile. Matching now with laundry room and bonus room.

Pacifica Ivoria Vein cut 12x24 travertine tile

See if Joe wants to own getting this list done? Can break up with plumber, but likely just need someone to knock these out.

Backyard canopy. Looks great. Just going to check we're at 100%.

[INQUIRY OUT] Replace external locks
[ORDERED] Wifi
- Netgear Orbi
- Netgear CM1000
[PICKUP AFTER MOVE] Garage shelving, something like Husky 90x90
[LATER] Reinforce back vine canopy? Not sure if needed, but while we're in there...
