See if Joe wants to own getting this list done? Can break up with plumber, but likely just need someone to knock these out.
- sink leak
- Will get these from the HomeGuard inspection

- Replace locks
- August deadbolts?
- Wifi - Netgear Orbi or Aplifi
- Garage shelving, something like Husky 90x90
- Reinforce back vine canopy? Not sure if needed, but while we're in there...
